What is close up magic?
As opposed to the traditional image of a magician on a stage entertaining a large audience, close up magic is performed to small groups of people using common objects such as playing cards and coins. It is arguably one of the strongest forms of magic as it happens right in front of the spectators! No smoke and mirrors!
How much does it cost?
The truth is that the price is negotiable. Price is dependent on several factors such as travel and duration so the best thing to do is to contact me directly so that details and arrangements can be discussed. I am always willing to negotiate on price.
What happens when I make a booking?
When a booking is made, you will be sent two copies of the booking agreement, one for you to sign and keep and one for you to return to me. This is to verify the booking .This process protects both of us. On the day of the event i will arrive before the alloted time to set up and talk any last minute concerns over.
What is the Ideal size of Audience?
As a rule of thumb there should be 1 magician to every 100 guests. If your having a large event i can help to find other close up magicians to perform.
